Green Blood Magic off-hand - Guild Wars Forums

I see alot of green off-hands with "Improves skill recharge using "attribute" (chance: 20%) and +1 "attribute" (20% chance while casting skills). Is this item available for Blood Magic?

If so, what's the name of that off-hand?

Actually, Savio's link is for the Death Magic focus. You want Gardock's Hook Blood.
